How do I report a damaged item?

Please send pictures to support@ecoled.biz or send us message through ecolled.biz or app. We will evaluate the damaged components, then send you replacement components.

What is your returns policy?

Please report damage within 90 days.

ECOLED will send you confirmation email once payment is received. Delivery notification will be sent out by email once courier picks up your order.
